What Causes Headache And Vaginal Discharge After Taking I-pill?

I had unprotected sex the day after my period finished. My boyfriend came in me for the first time. Then I took the morning after pill for the first time (12 or 13 hours later). I only had slight cramping and back pain.About 4 days after that I noticed a dark brown discharge which turned into blood and lated three days) the bleeding stopped yesterday. I have had a little bit of a headache too. This morning I have a very light brown/beige coloured discharge. What does this mean?

I can understand your concern. I pill is an emergency contraceptive pill.
It is hormonal pill.
Withdrawal bleeding is seen after 4-5 days of I pill.
So your vaginal discharge is mostly due to withdrawal from I pill. This is the mechanism often action for I pill to prevent pregnancy.
So your discharge will stop within 1-2 days.
Headache is mostly due to hormonal imbalance caused by I pill.
This will also gradually subside.
You can take simple painkiller like paracetamol for headache.
Better to avoid unprotected Intercourse if you don't want pregnancy and use condom because I pill cannot cause you such a side effects.
