What Causes Headache And Neck Stiffness After Taking Apo-prednisone?
i was given apo - prednisone to take 8 tablets a day for 5 day so far i only took them last night for the first time and today i have a pounding headache and a very stiff neck, is this a side effect and can i take something to help with the headache?

The stiff neck may be due to the headache eg tension headaches are often associated with neck stiffness.
These symptoms are not likely related to the medication.
You can used pain medication to help with the headache eg paracetamol, ibuprofen,aspirin, naproxen etc
