General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The combination of symptoms of headache, abdomen pain, dizziness after intake of propranolol indicates its side effect and the further dose intake of the same must be stopped till consulting of your primary care physician. Time being approach for relief will be intake of proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole and paracetamol or acetaminophen for symptoms improvement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
