What Causes Hard White Skin Under The Toe?

Hi, The middle of my right foot below my second toe is like a white hard skin area and is very swollen it feels like fluid ,no pain just uncomfortable to walk on...I do stand on my feet all day. at times my second toe feels num and a bit swollen also.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to fungal infection and in my opinion this need to be managed with "Miconazole Cream" apply this three time in day, if the symptom does not improved then this need to be clinically examined, take care.
