What Causes Growing Painful Bump On Forearm?

hello, i have a small bump on my forearm that i thought was of little concern. over the past 2 days, it has grown in size, become painful to the touch, and has a circle of redness about 1 inch in diameter around said bump. i tried to lance it but to no success. thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, formation of abscess is possible and lymph node could be possible reason with infection just wait for some time till then Tab Ibuprofen can be tried according to weight it has to be taken hope this information helps.
