What Causes Green Stools In Kids With Fever & Watery Eyes?

My 2 year old suddenly has a 103 fever with no prior symptoms and a watery eye. He won't even get off the couch which is unlike this little ball of energy. Only thing I noticed last night before I put him to bed I changed his diaper an it was green stool, green as can be. Should I be worried ?

Your son is suffering from flu.Because of which he has loose green stools and fever.don't worry.He will improve in 2-3 days with prebiotic and sos antibiotics. Give him lots of fluids.Don't give fruit juices.Instead give him whole fruits
