What Causes Giddiness During Sleep?
hi my husband is feeling giddiness in his sleep or if he suddenly stand ups or any sudden neck movements.doc have given him vertin16 and have said that nothing is serious.what could be possibities of his giddiness.doc said that his blood pressure is normal.

It could be what we call as Benign positional vertigo. It can happen due to some fluid displacement in your ear and hence the vertigo. Dont worry if the blood pressure is fine, Continue vertin 16 mg 3 times daily.
If not better within 2-3 days, then see your doctor again and insist a cardiac evaluation
