What causes giddiness after a nap ?

everyday after getting up from bed and after having short nap i feel slight giddiness..i really dont know how to term it!!! its like giddiness..i wont be able to see anyding during dat lasts for 5 - 10 sec..what is wrong with me?? i undergo this problem everyday..please help me..iam 21 yrs old..i havent gone through any medical treatement in the past..In my childhood(12yrs) while i was playing i slipped and fell down on the ground..i dashed my head on to the ground very hard..but then there was no pain or bleeding ..i think its affecting me now..

hi welcome,
this giddiness is not related to the old fall
since the giddiness when you are getting up or changing position you just go for blood routine test.
most probably you may have reduced Hb level
do the test and inform me

Gidiness can be caused by a ear problem if so pls consult your nearest ENT.

Prior to that check your blood for Hb count a reduced Hb can also lead to it which can be well managed by good iron diet. See whether you have a pale eyes

please get a meddical check up without delay
may be you are having postural hypotension on erect position from lying down and having the complain
while getting up from sleep dont stand up immediately ,first sit up putting your legs down .then gradually stand up
consult with physician and get tests done as advised to rule out any disease
anaemia ,dehydration some time can give rise to the symptoms you are having
