You are giving history of stress also.
You might have stress induce gastritis or
peptic ulcer.Try to avoid stress in routine work and daytime.Try to solve the problem rather then taking stress.
Do regular yoga and
meditation with moderated exercise that will help in relieving stress.
Because of stress if you have history of alternate diarrhea and
constipation stress induced
functional bowel disease might be present.
You can take omeprazole for few days.
Take more fruit juices.
Drink more water.
Avoid food that induce gas like cabbage, broccoli , cauliflower etc.
If you have constipation fiber containing diet can taken like apple, whole grain, wheat bran etc.
Cooked oatmeal old in sooth stomach.
For vomiting you can take
domperidone.
If you still have problem do your USG abdomen.
