What Causes Frequent Urination?

hello doctor i am male 26 unmarried, i have a urine problem, after urination i felt urine again and again and urine comes out again and again. sometimes it come also in the form of drops, and it comes slowly i have to go for urination in every 10 minutes. i am suffering from this problem since i was 6 year old. so plzz advise me

I evaluated your query thoroughly. Long standing urinary discomfort since 20 years has many differential diagnosis as: chronic recurrent urinary infection, urethral stricture, calculus in the urinary system, systemic disorders as diabetes or others.

Need extensive work-up with expert urologist to find out the diagnosis and further management accordingly with series of evaluations (ranging from complete blood counts, ESR, serum creatinine, urea, urine culture, microscopy, ultrasound of abdomen, pelvis; diagnostic cystoscopy, uroflowmetry to CT IVP) according to the clinician concern.
