What Causes Frequent Urination?

Hi I ve recently gone under a lifestyle change form April 2013-to present day and lost around 12 stone from weighing in at 26stone to start off with, but recently I noticed I ve been peeing a lot, and I wonder if it s a cause for concern, I could sleep through the night without going but recently I ve been goin 4/5 times a night, I have a rigorous physical routine work out mostly everyday and have a strict balanced healthy diet and drink a lot of water but felt no change.only thing I could put it down to is recently I have started drinking peppermint tea, when I never used to any hot drinks when I was fat, could that be the issue

Hello,

I think you may need to do fasting glucose levels and postprandial glucose levels and HbA1c to get tested for diabetes because it may be a cause. If possible do an urine analysis testing for white blood cells, red blood cells and glucose traces on it.
