What Causes Frequent Urination With Lower Back Pain?

I have been to the walk in 3 times for a bladder infection and have been on 3 different antibiotics. I went again after my 3rd antibiotics were finished because I felt like it still wasn t cleared. however, the urine test was negative and he stated I could have cystitis. I am still peeing often, up like 8 times in night and feel some lower back ache and achey going down my back of legs. could I have a kidney infection and would that necessarily show up in a urine test. should I go back again to the walk in as I cant get in to see my regular doc until jan 8

There is all possibility of underlying calculus in the urinary tract either kidney or ureter giving rise to all misery.

I strongly recommend to take ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis to get the diagnosis at once and then get management plan accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
