Hi,

It's important to note that quitting alcohol after long-term use can have physical and psychological effects on the body, and it may take some time for your body to adjust to the changes. Frequent urination, tender breasts, and lightheadedness are all potential symptoms that can occur after quitting alcohol. Frequent urination may be due to the body flushing out excess fluids and toxins, while tender breasts can be a result of hormonal fluctuations that occur during alcohol withdrawal.

Lightheadedness can be caused by dehydration, low blood sugar, or changes in blood pressure. It's important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and fluids to help alleviate symptoms of dehydration and frequent urination. Eating a balanced diet that includes protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats can also help stabilize blood sugar levels and provide your body with the necessary nutrients it needs to heal.

If your symptoms persist or worsen, it's important to speak with a medical professional to rule out any underlying health conditions or to receive appropriate medical treatment. Your doctor may also recommend certain supplements or medications to help manage withdrawal symptoms and support your overall health and wellbeing during this time.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
