What Causes Frequent Urination, Nose Bleed And Headaches?

How com i keep peeing alot at night,like i come back to my room gutta go again then the next hour i gutta go again.My noise bleed a little , iv felt a sharp pain when i was going pee and iv been getting head achs i fee soo tired and angery and upset , my back hurts my stomach hurts. my face felt swollen one time. Is there something going on in my body like an infectoin ? i also feel like throwing up

Hi.

The frequent urination could be a symptom of a urinary tract infection (UTI) and so I would recommend a urine analysis to confirm the cause and accordingly treat it with the most appropriate antibiotics.

As for the nose bleeds and headache, I strongly recommend a neurological evaluation along with a CT scan or MRI of your head.
