General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The most probable cause can be due to some sort of obstruction in the urinary outflow like prostatic problem, urethra like structure or so. Hence, I would advise you to, first of all, consult an urologist. Do intravenous pyelography, CT scan of abdomen is best. Urethrocystoscopy can be diagnostic as well as therapeutic. The treatment will be as per the cause found. If there is infection as suggested by urine test then a course of an antibiotic. Have plenty of oral fluids.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
