Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Frequent urination can be a symptom of many different problems from kidney disease to simply drinking too much fluid.
At the other side frequent urination can be a sign of high blood sugar and
uncontrolled diabetes. Urinary urgency is the sudden urge to urinate and it is one of the hallmark symptoms of
urinary tract infection (UTI). Also, certain medications, like diuretics, can also cause urinary urgency.
Urinary tract infections are more common in diabetics. So, in my opinion the cause of your frequent urination is a possible urinary tract infection and your diabetes.
For this reason I suggest to consult your local doctor because it is necessary to do a urine test and a HbA1C test to confirm the diagnosis.
About the nose bleeds, my advice is to measure your blood pressure twice daily because
high blood pressure can be the cause. If your blood pressure is normal, then I suggest to consult a local
ENT specialist to check for the right cause of this symptom.
Hope this information is helpful.
Regards.
