What Causes Frequent Urination And Bowel Movement Along With Tiredness?
Have been feeling very sluggish, sleepy,tired lately.Ffrequent need to urinate, not hungry, therefore losing weight. I also seem to need have a bowel movement after i eat. I take multivitamins, liquid b vitamins. what else can I do to get my energy level to where it needs to be.

It seems that you might be having chronic urinary tract infection producing frequent urination and generalized weakness, tiredness, fatigue and sluggishness.
Go for routine and microscopic urine examination.
After report go for proper antibiotic medicine course for 8-10 days.
Take plenty of water and keep well hydrated.
