What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Dizziness?

I drink a lot of water. I mean a lot. I am in the bathroom at least every 2 hours. Not an easy thing at work. Tired. Overweight, inactive. I sometimes get light headed and dizzy. Sugar (sweets) does not taste as good any more Are these signs of Prediabetes. My grandmother and my dad had adult onset Type 2.

Check your sugar levels. Fasting and 2 hours after breakfast. Being thirsty, frequent urination and over eating point towards Diabetes. But that will get confirmed only with blood sugar levels.
