I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Most common frequent urination along with abdominal pain during urination is Urinary tract infection.It is very common in females due to shorter urethra.
Urine examination should be done. Presence of Pus cells , tissue and red blood cell will suggest Urinary tract infection.
Drink lot of water would be helpful. Take sitz bath if you are female. Norfloxacin 400mg twice a day can be taken for 5 days.

If problem persist visit a physician
