Hi, not been able to sleep for couple nights I sleep on my side , I was turning from left tin right that s what all started room start spinning on me and very scary feelings I sleep on thin pillow always and form the last couple nights I am elevated my head just can t fall asleep and I have to work went to work today very tired S and exhausted .

Don t do a work too much at night. Eight hour sleep is helpful . Meditation and yoga is helpful . Before sleeping try to avoid over thinking about daily work.
