What Causes Frequent Sleep Disruptions?

Hi, not been able to sleep for couple nights I sleep on my side , I was turning from left tin right that s what all started room start spinning on me and very scary feelings I sleep on thin pillow always and form the last couple nights I am elevated my head just can t fall asleep and I have to work went to work today very tired S and exhausted .

Tension and stress may creat dustubance in sleep.
At night over time working may cause this type of problems.

Try to avoid stress.
Don't do a work too much at night.
Eight hour sleep is helpful .

Meditation and yoga is helpful .
Before sleeping try to avoid over thinking about daily work.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent a doctor for further treatment.
