What Causes Frequent Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

I have dizziness with blurred visit on and loss of thought process the dizziness is almost to the point of passing out and I am very concerned when this happens I can t think of the names of things. I have been able to get bye but it is getting worse and happening more frequently.

Thanks for your question.

After going through your question, I can understand your concern.

Whatever your symptoms you have mentioned are most likely due to vascular insufficiency to brain.
That is related to decreased blood supply to brain.

It requires immediate neurological evaluation.

Vascular insufficiency might be due to -
- Postural Hypertension : Decrease in blood pressure in response to change in position.

- Transient Ischemic Attack :
Transient decrease in blood supply to brain due to blockages in blood vessels of brain.

- Heart related :
It may be due to -
1) Arrhythmia : abnormal conduction of heart.
2) Low cardiac output : Decreased pumping capacity of heart ad after heart attack.
3) Cardioembolic event : Blood clots formed in heart chambers due to decreased pumping capacity or conduction disturbances may get dislodged in blood supply of brain.

There is need for brain imaging like MRI brain with angiography.
