Hi Doc, My name is Subir Basu from INDIA. AGE 56 YRS OLD. HEIGHT 5 7 & WEIGHT 71 KGS. Suffering from Diabetes(m) since last 20 years. fasting 220/post 187.medicines taking glycomet 250 1-0-1 & daonil 5 mg 1/2-0-1/2. For blood pressure amlopin 5mg 1-0-0. Frequently getting cough & cold, nose blocked with feverish feelings. Also getting pain below heel of leg, elbow & knees. pse suggest me ehe remedis. tks for help. e mail address : basu YYYY@YYYY

hi welcome to hcm, i personally feel that your frequent cough and cold are not because of diabetes and not due to your medications for diabetes. The high blood sugar can hinder the healing process of the other ailments, just the same as it can hinder the healing of wounds. Whatever it takes to get her blood sugar down is going to help all the other things too.The pain below heel of your leg elbow and knees are due to diabetic neuropathy. your fasting blood sugar is not up to the mark you might need to increase the dosage of your diabetic medication and you have to adhere to your diet control and exercises hope this explains
