What Causes Foul Vaginal Odor?
I have noticed that my vagina emits a fishy, salt water odour which is extremely unpleasant. I have no odd discharge whatsoever nor do I have any itching or irritation. I am a 17 year old and haven t engaged in any sexual activity. What should I do? Why is this happening?

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to bacterial vaginosis and needs to be worked up with vaginal swab and cultures as well as a detailed gynaecologist review.
Antibiotics coverage with metronidazole and ciprofloxacin might be needed.
