What Causes Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

hi, just want to check what do i need to do if im seeing a vaginal discharge which is smelly (sometimes like fish); colors sometimes green but mostly is yellow. sides of my vagina are itchy also. Is this infection may affect my hopes to get pregnant? Appreciate your response. thanks.

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bacterial vaginosis.For my patients with such cases i treat with combination of antibiotics like clindamycin or metronidazole with clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or oral tablets.I also advise them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent them from getting further infections.You can get pregnant after the antibiotic therapy.No need to worry.Hope this may help you.
