What Causes Foul Smelling Urine And Discharge?

Hi I had a coil fitted at the end of April & for 3 weeks now my urine is very stong espically 1st thing in the morning it is foil it also hurts a bit at the last drop of pee, I also have a bit of a smell the discharge i have is like brownish colour like the end of a period as my bleeding is a bit irregular im not sure I have had my urine tested which has showed nothing I am waiting on results & a swab result how long do they take

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection. I see that you have already done the urinalysis and vaginal swab test.

I suggest to wait for the results to take proper treatment. Meanwhile I suggest to take anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.
