What Causes Foul Smell Due To Urine Leakage In Young Girl?
My nine year old daughter has been having leakage problems. By the time she gets home from school her pants smell really strong. She has adult odors at nine. Is this normal? Also she has bad acne on her forehead. She showers every evening, although we recently changed to morning showers because of the odor that one or two drops of pee leaves behind.

Hi...by what you quote I feel she is having urgency and voiding dysfunction. Acne is common in this age group. Any child who is abut to become an adolescent is bound to have adult type of urine odor. But for her problem of urgency and dysfunctional voiding I suggest you get her evaluated by a pediatrician and she might even need an ultrasound abdomen to check if her bladder wall is thickened.
