Hello,

Inflammation of the foreskin commonly occurs due to poor hygiene, or bacterial and fungal infection. You are advised to take care of your hygiene. Get clinically examined, get allergy, skin condition and posthitis treated. Allergy is caused due to use of latex condom, avoid its use. Antihistamines help control symptoms due to allergy.

If fungal infection is detected it is treated with ointment clotrimazole or a course of antifungal like fluconazole. If sexually active, get STD tests done. If reports are positive, you will be treated with antibiotics or antivirals as per need. Burning sensation during urination is due to UTI. Get Urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. Avoid using public toilets, sex and sexual activities till you are being treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
