Hello and welcome to HCM,
A fluid filled cyst on scalp can be due to sebaceous cyst, boil etc.
Bad odor from the cyst suggests superimposed infection.
A clinical assessment is necessary to confirm the diagnosis of an infected cyst followed by antibiotics.
Once the infection is controlled, the cyst can be surgically excised.
However, before any treatment can be started, clinical assessment is necessary.
In the meanwhile, you may take pain killers if associated with pain.

Thanks and take care
