What Causes Fever With Mouth Ache In 30 Month Old?

My 30 month old has a fever ranging from 99.4 to 100.4. She has no appetite and is lethargic. Has had 2 wet diapers but no bowl movement. She is also complainin of her mouth hurting. Could this be her 2yr molars? She won t let me look in her mouth. I have her Tylenol this morning and her fever got better. I am still trying to get her to take some more Tylenol. Any advice would be much appreciated!
