What Causes Fever With High ESR Rate And Epithelial Cells In Urine?

my name is venus,25 f,64 kg...from past two days i got high fever ie.102.f to 104.f today i got my blood n test i.e cbc full report is normal but sumwhere they said esr 65* n in routine urine full report is normal but epithelial cells 15-20HPF*...I want to ask doctor is i m pregnant? or this is sumthing else...my last period was on 19 aug...n on 15 sep i see some spotting that too little bit...plz helppppp

Epithelial cells in urine does not signify preganancy and is a normal finding. ESR raised says you might be having some chronic/acute inflammation and that is also the reason for high grade fever. Take some antibiotic treatment, Cefixime 200 mg twice a day is a good one for you.
