What Causes Fever, Pressure Behind The Eyes And Ears, Sneezing, Cough And Diarrhea?
I ve had a fever of 102 nightly since Thursday. Started w pressure behind my eyes and in ears. Progressed to cold symptoms sneezing coughing but now diarrhea. Have been eating very lil and drinking lots of water and hot lemon tea w Honey. Fever around 100 during day. Sound like just a cold or do I need to go in to dr?
Related to your symptoms I think is starting of an virosis associated with diarrhea. For the moment you need just hot tea, some fruits, tresol, probiotics for diarrhea and ibuprofen for the fever if you don't have allergy. During this time you shouldn't eat meat, milk and other foods that can worsen diarrhea.
But you need to know if you have more than 3-4 days with these symptoms you should go to infectious disease specialist to find out if you have an overlapping bacterial infection, to make a physical examination and lab test.
I hope my answer will help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Monika Dede
