What Causes Fever Only In Night?
my child , 8 yrs old running down with fever for two days only at night and gets slow down at dawn on onwards.Basically she is suffering from cold and cough for two days . day time she looks ok.i am confused to show her to doctor or not or it just viral ....

Hello. Thank you for your question. This is very common. The kids look ok during the day, then worsen at night. it's typical for many illnesses in children. If the fever persists for another 1-2 nights, or her cold symptoms worsen, I recommend consulting with your doctor. if at any point you are unsure, or uncomfortable, consult with your doctor.
