What Causes Fever In A Toddler After Receiving Vaccination Shots?

My 13 week old daughter received her first round of shots yesterday . Her temperature is 100.9 . She weighs 12.1 pounds. She is very fussy and seems to be hurting . Am I able to give her infants Tylenol and how many ml am I aloud to give her? And how many hours in between?

Hi vaccinations normally associated with fever don't worry no problem had an paracetamol syrup and fever get subsided if not subsiding consult once pediatrician had an appropriate treatment
