What Causes Fever, Headache And Weakness?

I got up this morning with a severe headache(one like I have never had before all over the front and back of my head with a stiff neck) as the day progressed I continued to feel worse. then I started to run a fever about 102.I went to bed and finally took two tyonal and my fever come down to 100.5 and my headache finally got better. I just feel weak and drained. What could this be?o

In your symptoms list,neck stiffness with headache and fever is suggesting the possibility of infection in meninges the lining of our brain.It is better you consult a qualified physician who will do physical examination,blood tests like Hb%,tc,dc,esr,urine routine and CSF (cerebro spinal fluid) cell counts if required and can suggest appropriate medication.
