What Causes Fever During Plural Effusion Tuberculosis?

Dr. I am under medication of plural effusion tuberculosis i have been taking medicine for four months in the mean time of first schedule i was feeling comfortable and picked so much, at the beginning of second schedule i was having some problems but doctor suggested me a medicine, which dries the effusion during intake of medicine (which reduces water) i was feeling better but i am still suffering from slight fever and anxiety As per X-ray regression of plural effusion observed does effusion continues ?or Remnant water causing problem ?

You have to take complete medication as prescribed to you.You might be having fever because of some other reasons which has to be investigated. Measure your fever with a thermometer and keep a record of fever pattern.If there is significant rise in tempreature or significant variation consult your physician.
