What Causes Fever At Night With Shivering And Cough?

i m suffring from fever at night with shivering cough loss of appetite loss of weight my xray show patches of hazziness in rt. mid and lower zone left hilar shadow is enlarge and dense my ESR is 47 and i am 65 year old please specify as your diagnosis

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that here it is advisable to get the sputum examination to rule out the possibility of microbial infection mean while you can try Tab Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice in day, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
