What Causes Fever And Redness On The Body After A Pneumococcal Vaccination?

After completion of age 45 days ... pneomococcal polysaccharides conjugate vaccine(adsorbed) has been done. After 4 hours fever came..(100°F).. Now its passed 30 hours. Fever is slightly down (98°F) after giving paracetamol liquid. But some reddish is there in his body.. and latrine was too small...He always annoying ... sleep is not adequate.. My consultant doctor prescribed the medicine MONOCEF-O CV dry syrup.. Is it safe for the baby ??

this type of fever after vac cination is normal can take tablet paracetamol to control fever and myalgia with time every thing will be alright.
