What Causes Fever And Abnormal Behavior In A Child?

My son is 19months old, has a fever of 102.6, runny nose and is tired. I realize that is not a very high fever for a toddler and that kids get sick, but his behavior is really worrying me. He is just laying on the floor with his stuffed sheep in a fetal position and wont let anyone touch him. Usually he s more drawn to me, his mother... I just have a feeling like I am missing something here, and there s more wrong here then what meets the eye. Oh, he was also diagnosed with Coarctation of the Aorta last month.

HI
Well come to HCM
Fever to 19 months child may be viral infection and this is not specific for the child how to behave and neither this is concern, and even not to worry about this, and this would come around soon, if the condition does not improved then blood work would be necessary, hope this helps.
