What Causes Fever Along With Chills And Severe Headache?

hello I have been sick the last few days, fever, chills, severe headache, loss of appetite, coughing, etc. The bigger issue is that my skin is really is extremely sensitive and a bit blotchy. This is around my whole torso. When pressed, it almost looks like I have a sunburn as the finger marks when pulled away leave a white print. Wife thinks I need to go to urgent care. Not sure...

Hello,

I think you may be suffering from viral fever with blanching rash. So you need to take rest. Drink plenty of liquids. Use tablet paracetamol thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please check for rash causing fevers like dengue, leptospirosis, and rocky mountain spotted fever etcetera. Consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
