What Causes Fever After Revision Surgery Due To Ruptured Implant?

Hi, I had revision surgery Jan 7th for a ruptured implant, and I am afraid all of the silicone wasn t removed,,,. I have had an infection ever since. I am now running fever. I really don t know what to do now.. I am afraid to go back and see this same surgeon.

The fever is indicative of infection either of the surgical area or in another aspect of the body.

It would be best to see someone , at least your GP, who would be able to determine the source of the infection.
If it is the surgical area then he or she would be able to refer you to another surgeon.
