What Causes Female Orgasmic Dysfunction?

I ve talked to my OB Doctor about not getting off or climaxing. I was wondering if there s such a thing as a vagina not being sensitive? I ve heard women can tell the difference between a man wearing a condom and not wearing one, I cannot tell the difference. Could this be affecting me not climaxing?

female orgasmic dysfunction is a condition wherein there is a difficulty reaching orgasm, even when she is sexually aroused and there’s sufficient sexual stimulation.
