Hi Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query . You are suffering due to meth usage of more than a week Just imagine if you do more frequentally , what would happen ?
It may be direct heart attack or cancer or any thing you may not expect .

If you are smoking it then quite possibly a lung muscle spasm. Get a chest X-Ray done and get the pathologists comments.
Reduce the dosage. You have to go along/cooperate with what your lungs/ heart tell you.
If you ask me you should withdraw and live a life worth while to you and to others .
Hope this helps solve your query Take care. All the best
Don't hesitate to get back if have any further query
