What Causes Feeling Of Lump In Throat, Tightness In Chest And Shortness Of Breath?

Hi. I have trouble swallowing from time to time and lump in throat. Now it went down to make me feel tightness in chest just below adams apple and shortness of breath. That feeling goes away for few hours every day. When I m able to cough clear sticky phlegm comes out and I feel some relief for short time. ENT doctor does not see anything in my throat just little redness and heavy post nasal drip.
