I keep getting feeling as though there s fluid in my head ... when I bend over to tie my shoes or pick something up ... I can feel a rush of fluid going into my nasal cavity and the front part of my head ... it burns and hurts ... recently I felt it while lying down ... caused pain in my earlobe... head and nasal cavity again... what is this? Should I go to the hospital?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I understand your concern. You feel some fluid in your head or nasal cavity when you bent down. This is hurting you also. If you are having cough and cold, this could be due to sinusitis or some loose polyp in nasal sinuses. My advice is get your nasal endoscopy done. This will help us to whether there is any specific in your paranasal sinuses. Accordingly a management can be planned.
Meanwhile you can take tab. Paracetamol thrice daily, tab cetrizine twice daily for five days. You can also do steaming while breathing a warm vapour, this will help to loosen any discharge in sinuses.
