General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read the description you have posted and I understand your concern.
The following could be the reasons for your frequent urination, which needs to be evaluated and then treated accordingly.
1. Urinary tract infection.
2. Enlargement of prostate gland.
Kindly get a urine examination followed by urine culture and sensitivity test done along with ultrasound scan to visualize the status of prostate gland.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report for appropriate clinical evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
