dear user, i understand your concern- if you are having feeling of intense fear that something worse would happen or you may die out of anxiety without any apparent cause , then you may be having "panic attacks" for which nexito(escitalopram) and epitril ( clonazepam) have been prescribed . these 2 medicines are effective in such symptoms , as you also felt improvement , whlie earlier you were having symptoms often since 1 month , now you were well for 1 week and had 1 episode yesterday - you have not mentioned the dosages that you are taking - however it is commonly seen that escitalopram takes 2-4 weeks atleast to exert its effect maximally - so you can always discuss the issues with your psychiatrist , who may ask you to wait for effect or may adjust the dosages of drug . meanwhile "relax" as you do not have any serious cardiac condition atleast as shown by reports - do some light exercise like walking for around 30 mins daily - avoid caffienated drinks - relaxation exercises like deep breathing and yoga may help too . hope i answered your query , any followup queries are welcome - if satisfied please rate the answer
