What Causes Fatigue?

I am a 17 year old year 12 student and i have confined myself to home for the last 6 months so that i may study. But lately I have i feel that i am getting tired very early than usual at night and even when i wake up early, i start to feel tired again the afternoon. Why is this happening?

I have gone through your query & understand your concern.
Fatigue is a feeling of tiredness, lac of energy,exhaustion.
The causes of fatigue vary from overwork,lac of sleep, worry,lac of some minerals like sodium/potassium/calcium, following illness,lac of exercises.
In your case it seems to be worry/tension ,lac of confidence,causing lac of hunger & sleep.
It seems you are preparing for some important examination. Not only reading but reading with full attainsion is helpful in such condition.
You need to have a regular time table of activities even in these days of preparation.Avoid mono tonus schedule.
Add relaxations in between-doing activities to freshen your mind.
Have light ,nutritious diet & regular exercises daily.Pranayama &
meditation give fresh & positive mind.
study with fresh/positive & alert mind & healthy body.
Consult your doctor for nutritional supplements like vitamins B /C/A/E.Minerals calcium,sodium,potassium,iron as per need

try to have a sound sleep at least 6 hours a day. ( yognidra helps)
