General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The raised ESR ( though not much high ), creatinine and alteration in cell morphology of red blood cells most likely indicate underlying renal problem as chronic renal failure or else in which there is deficiency of erythropoietin and causing anemia with other features.

Kindly give all details of reports as scanned copy during follow up conversation so that better guidelines can be figured out ahead for best possible recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
