What Causes Fatigue, Appetite Loss And Heart Palpitations?
My husband has been complaining of general malaise and extreme fatigue as well as loss of appetite for 1 week. As a result he is losing weight (unintentionally). He is now experiencing rapid heart beat with waves of heat . He thinks is is diabetes (his blood sugar is 128). I sounds like a cardiac issue to me?

Symptoms mentioned by u are more towards a cardiac cause since in diabetes u ll have polyphagia and polydypsia..which are most common. Palpitations are less frequen.
I will suggest you to go for an eEKG AND if needed than for an 2d echocardiogram.
If both the things are normal than you can check his haemoglobin level as it is very much common cause for palpitations.
