What Causes Fatigue And Swollen Lymph Nodes Under The Jaw?

Hi I m a 50 year old male,a truck mechanic and off road motorcyclist and have had 12 hard days of working. Now I have been to the doctor 3 times complaining of fatigue, Swollen glands under my jaw,a massive appetite, some weight loss, tingling in my hands whilst lying down using my phone, sleeping 12 hours and still no energy, sometimes I sneeze,my knee joints a sore and it hurts to walk and then my chest seems to tighten up. Doctor put me on Calvepen 666 as he thought I may have upper chest infection. Any ideas?

Lymph nodes can respond to site-specific problems or to body-wide issues. The most commonly obvious lymph nodes are the ones around the throat under the jaw, which can swell in response to throat conditions and colds. The normal recommendation for swollen lymph nodes due to infections is rest and fluids, as well as any disease-specific treatments. They'll go down on their own as the body successfully fights the issue. viral. infections like infectious mononucleosis, toxoplasmosis... consult doctor to rule out exactly underlying problem
